What is the Committee for helping the sick physician?

The committee is made up of independent physicians who aim to help make the procedures of the association and of its medical care work as effectively as possible. The committee meets yearly to review and approve the working protocols of the programme.


Who make up the Committee?

The Committee for Helping the sick physician is made up of 16 physicians, all of recognised professional and humanistic eminence. Six of them, who act with total independence, ensure impartiality and rigour in the procedures used in the PAIMM cases. Another 4 members of the Committee are the clinical physicians responsible for the Programme, another 2 are responsible for reception and follow-up of demands and the last 4 are the Secretaries of the Medical Councils.
Any person can turn to these professionals, both for help and for complaints about the procedures followed in a case. More independent information about the Programme is available on request. The Committee is made up of the following physicians:
